Dear wine lovers, customers, friends and acquaintances,
In March 2019 we decided to unite the two wineries Meier and Schmidt in order to combine energy and strength. Successful and eventful years are behind us. In the years of working together, we, Markus Meier and Lukas Schmidt, have learned from and with each other. We are very grateful.
We would like to inform you today about an important change from 2022. So that each of us can continue to develop and fulfill ourselves freely, we have decided that every winegrower will go his own way again. The Meier Schmidt Weinerlebnis GmbH is renamed Meier Weinerlebnis GmbH and continued with the sole managing director Markus Meier. Lukas Schmidt will leave the Ulsenheim site and set up his own winery with Lukas Schmidt Wein GmbH in Bullenheim. Markus Meier will continue to be there for you at the Ulsenheim location in the usual way with his team and the well-known wines. In Bullenheim, Lukas Schmidt and his family will once again create and market their own wines from the Bullenheimer Paradies vineyard.
