Our dedication continues in the winery: The grapes are processed gently and precisely to optimally extract the unique fruit and minerality that our vines, with their deep root systems, transfer into each berry. Using state-of-the-art technology, the hand-picked grapes are gently separated from their stems, while leaves and stems are sorted out. This detailed approach ensures the quality of our harvest and allows us to create wines of exceptional purity and elegance.
