With the utmost precision and dedication, we harvest exclusively perfectly healthy grapes – each one carefully selected by hand with razor-sharp shears. Our team ensures that only the most flawless berries make it into the harvest box.

Our dedication continues in the cellar: the grapes are processed gently and precisely to optimally extract the unique fruit and minerality that our vines, with their deep root systems, transfer into each berry. Using state-of-the-art technology, the hand-picked grapes are gently separated from their stems, while leaves and other stems are sorted out. This detailed process ensures the quality of our harvest and allows us to create wines of exceptional purity and elegance. In this way, we create wines that reflect the best of our vines with their unmistakable LUKAS SCHMIDT character and noble refinement.
