In the wine cellar, our dedication continues: the grapes are processed gently and precisely to optimally extract the unique fruit and minerality that our vines, with their deep root systems, transport into every berry. Using state-of-the-art technology, the hand-picked grapes are gently separated from their stems, while leaves and stalks are sorted out.
