With the utmost precision and dedication, we harvest only perfectly healthy grapes – each one carefully selected by hand with razor-sharp shears. Our team ensures that only the most flawless berries enter the harvest box.
Our dedication continues in the cellar: The processing of the grapes is gentle and precise, in order to optimally bring out the unique fruit and minerality that our deep-rooted vines transport into each berry. Using state-of-the-art technology, the hand-picked grapes are gently separated from their stems, while leaves and stems are sorted out. This detailed approach ensures the quality of our grapes and allows us to create wines of exceptional purity and elegance. Thus, we create wines that reflect the best of our vines with unmistakable LUKAS SCHMIDT character and noble refinement.
