Only the healthiest and ripest grapes are capable of giving our wines the noble, unmistakable character we strive for. With the utmost precision and dedication, we harvest exclusively perfectly healthy grapes – each one carefully selected by hand with razor-sharp shears. Our team ensures that only the most flawless berries make it into the picking box.
Our dedication continues in the cellar: The grapes are processed gently and precisely to optimally bring out the unique fruit and minerality that our vines, with their deep root systems, transport into each berry. Using state-of-the-art technology, the hand-picked grapes are gently separated from their stems, while leaves and stalks are sorted out. This detailed approach ensures the quality of our grapes and allows us to create wines of exceptional purity and elegance. This is how we create wines that reflect the best of our vines with unmistakable LUKAS SCHMIDT character and noble sophistication.
