Organic viticulture – our foundation for quality and responsibility

All our vines are organically grown. This is not only a matter of course for us, but also an expression of our deep respect for nature, which nourishes and sustains us. We consistently avoid synthetic pesticides and instead promote stable ecosystems, vibrant soils, and healthy vines through natural plant protection, greening, and diverse biodiversity.

Our vineyards are a habitat – for plants, animals, and people. Therefore, we cultivate them with the utmost care and appreciation to preserve not only the quality of our wines but also the beauty of our landscape for future generations.

Why we don’t print the organic seal on the bottle

With the utmost precision and dedication, we harvest only completely healthy grapes - each one carefully selected by hand with razor-sharp scissors. Our team makes sure that only the most flawless berries make it into the harvest box.

Our dedication continues in the wine cellar: the grapes are processed carefully and precisely in order to optimally bring out the unique fruit and minerality that our vines, with their deep root system, transport into each berry. Using the latest technology, the hand-picked grapes are gently separated from their stalks, while leaves and stems are sorted out. This detailed process ensures the quality of our harvest and enables us to create wines of exceptional purity and elegance.
