LUKAS SCHMIDT – Official wine partner of the German Ski Association (DSV) presents the new WORLD CUP wine

The Franconian wine producer LUKAS SCHMIDT is delighted to further intensify its partnership with the German Wine Association (DSV). As the new official wine partner, we proudly present our latest wine, the result of a joint initiative with the DSV—the WORLD CUP wine.
The foundation for our delicious WORLD CUP wine was laid by a meticulous harvest. On September 21st, a day when the grapes had reached their optimal ripeness, the best fruit was selectively picked by hand. The vineyards from which these exceptional grapes originate are located in the Franconian region known as the Wine Paradise of Franconia, known for its unique terroir. The old Silvaner vines were cultivated with passion and respect for nature.
The grapes used for the Weltcup wine embody the essence of the terroir and harvest season. This is reflected in the spicy aromas and robust notes that characterize this Silvaner. The combination of warm sunshine, cool nights, and our family's experience creates a wine of unique quality.
This unique wine was created specifically for winter sports wine lovers. The World Cup wine is a Franconian Silvaner that impresses and captivates with its spicy notes and robust aromas. Inspired by the dynamism and passion of skiing, this wine reflects the positive energy, winning spirit, and determination. In the future, a new World Cup wine will be created every year.

The WELTCUP wine will be officially available from December 18, 2023, at the LUKAS SCHMIDT wine shop in Bullenheim, as well as in select retail stores and the online shop. We invite you to taste this unique wine and enjoy the combination of wine and sport.
